"If I could have given zero stars I would have. Please remove me from your email list I will no longer be returning to your office. Thanks to your policy on not allowing expecting mothers to see a doctor until 8 weeks of pregnancy, the nurse practitioner Amy overlooked the fact that I had low progesterone and I lost my baby. If she had prescribed me progesterone suppositories I think maybe I would have had my baby. I had no idea about this but I wanted to share this information because they don't tell you anything. Getting advice from her was like pulling teeth. She didn't check anything The only thing she would have me do is check the HCG levels every week and they were climbing like crazy every week. She should have done a full blood panel and check my hormones but she didn't care. You need to realize nurses are NOT doctors they are not qualified and should not be the first point of contact you see when you discover you're pregnant. You should be allowed to see a doctor first and foremost because a doctor would know what to test for and what to check you for. In my opinion by default they should check your hormones and your blood for everything The minute they find out you're pregnant just to try to catch anything they can. But it's so hard to get them to do some work. First of all The Secretary was so rude shouting at me in the lobby and other patients are hearing the reason I'm there she's demanding all this personal information and I told her I need you to keep your voice down because other patients are listening to my confidential medical information. Then they call me in have me pee in a cup next thing I know the nurse practitioner Amy walks in the room and blurts out that I'm about 6 weeks pregnant keep in mind I have never been pregnant I was beyond shocked. They deal with this kind of thing everyday but for me this was our first time and should have been special. I'm 39 years old I told her I'm high risk and had never been pregnant before this was my first time and she said "oh your body will know what to do." I asked her for vitamins and she told the secretary "oh just give her any vitamins I don't care what brand." She put a secretary in charge of prescribing vitamins to me!!! Ridiculous lack of care this person should not be in medical care. She should be fired! I spent so many hours researching vitamins and reading reviews to make sure that I got the right vitamins that I needed but it was already too late by then. By the time they allowed me to see the doctor it was too late. I'm so disheartened and disappointed in medical care now and I will not recommend your office to anybody in the future. I have already received three phone calls trying to get me to come in for a follow up appointment, too late, I will not be back! None of the people who call me have apologized and I told them the situation and what happens they didn't care they just want to book an appointment so they can charge me. If I had gone to a different doctor's office I think I would have had a better chance to have my baby. This miscarriage has ruined my life and you guys have no sympathy or accountability for your lack of care for your patients. Here is my advice have the patience see a doctor first then when everything is good they can see nurse practitioners if the doctors are too busy. Check comprehensive blood panel and hormones to make sure the patients are okay and give progesterone suppositories if they need it. Hire a nurse practitioner who cares to prescribe the vitamins that she will look into herself and not delegate this to a secretary. The Secretary did not go to medical school she should not be prescribing anything to patients. Please stop calling me and stop emailing me. I'm looking for a better doctor office that will care about me and hopefully I will be able to have a baby someday no thanks to you."

"They are so great at this office. I recently had to switch OB’s bc we moved and it was hard to find one at first but they have been so great at every concern of mine and so on top of it. I never came here when I had my babies but for all other needs they have been amazing. Plus, I love how close they are to where I live and can get me in usually the next day if I need something urgent. They are top notch and I am so happy I found them."

"The staff is always so nice and helpful, it definitely makes going to the doctors less dreading. I know no one likes to go to work but they definitely make it seem like they love their jobs and i appreciate that so much especially have experienced not so good service at other doctors. They always make me feel comfortable and don’t pressure me into anything I don’t want. I never even ask for a specific person I just get the soonest for whoever is available and they literally never disappoint."

"The staff there are friendly and the nurses Stephanie is nice too. The one star review is for test results department. I was there for annual check. Waited for almost two months but no one called or the test results department NEVER picked up your call. I gave them my insurance info at the date of service. But they did not shared with the lab so Quest ended up billing me instead my insurance. The patient needs to be proactive between insurance and Quest( they don’t have a lab). Very impressed by the great services lol. Don’t go there if you expect to have dependable services."
