"If you want a mediocre dental experience and want to be treated as an experiment this is the place. Basic dental work at its best! You go in for a filling and instead they cut you gum without your knowledge and your bit becomes irregular and sore to the touch. Then when you complain and send multiple emails they mention they had cut your gum but didn’t think it would react that way. They then bring u in and shave more of the “filling” since it was higher than the actual tooth. We then had more email exchanges after getting that fixed and being told to give it a couple days for the soreness to go away. Heather Chen then states she doesn’t feel comfortable with the position I of the tooth and you need to see a specialist?! No care to check why the other teeth on that side are reacting and are sensitive now. Mind you never had these problems before having Dr. Chen work on it. Don’t let the five stars foul you!"

"First let me say I’m one of those ppl that have an honest phobia of the dentist due to traumatic experiences. I’ve been coming randomly for years and always enjoyed having Dr.Chen work on my dental needs. However, recently I’ve stopped by and complained about tooth pain/ sensitivity. Dr. Chen started the process to fix the issue but it didn’t turn out right. It was actually even worse than before! I stated to her it felt rushed and that she didn’t want to help me or show the same customer service as her kind that I’ve watched personally. As no surprise that wasn’t the case on her end. Days past from the visit, I’m asking to be seen as I can’t bit down anymore. She then tells me “I believe it’s best you go to a specialist who specializes in complicated restoration like this tooth”. Why would you start something you knew from the start you couldn’t accomplish? Even speaking to other dental offices trying to get appointments, due to her not wanting to even see what’s going on. They themselves even question me why Dr. Chen didn’t or couldn’t fix what she started! If you want half as* work and to be walking around with a flamed up mouth this is the spot! Just know there are other dental offices that love their job and helping out others!"
