"Wait more than 40 minutes ,driver passed by twice, didn't stop. Called customer service 2 times , she just said called driver already. I will never park at Joe's again . After waiting for 1 hr , a driver finally came. It's only 5 minutes away."
"First time using Joe's parking and have no complaints. Very convenient and easy to find and park. The driver did his job and got me to where I needed to be, I didn't expect him to help with my luggage as he is the Driver not my personal luggage handler. On my way back, I did have to stand on the shuttle but didn't mind, I was actually grateful that the driver allowed me to get on, otherwise I would have had to wait longer. Sometimes I get lucky with a seat, other times I have to stand. I will definitely book again"
"Absolutely horrific experience. Spent over 1.5 hours standing at terminal 3 watching 6 shuttles drive by. Called the "manager on duty" multiple times with false reassurances that the next shuttle would stop. I had to run after a shuttle I had seen make at least 2 loops already and flag him down, despite him having room on the shuttle (#74) he tried to wave me off telling me to wait for the next shuttle. I finally was able to get on basically standing in front of the shuttle so he couldn't move forward then he finally let me on. His excuse "I have to drop off other customers". Laughable service. Avoid at all costs"
"I rented a Turo from this garage. It was pretty easy getting in and out just be sure you have the guy's phone number to leave the garage or something to enter in as a code. Parking here was great. The shuttle guys that take you to LAX are way cool and punctual. No problems getting in and out."
