"Personally, I have had a good experience with Dr. Li so I recommended this place to my parents. This would be their second time seeing Dr. Liao. They first told me they did not really care for this office.. nothing special. Since I had a good experience I encouraged them to try again and went with them to this last visit. My dad had at appointment at 2pm and did not leave the office until about 5:30pm. The front office staff and assistants are friendly and tried their best to help my dad get out of their quickly. Dr. Liao lacks bedside manner and patience. There are two hurdles with my dad.. he only speaks Chinese and has limited medical comprehension. My mom went in the room with him to help translate - tho I think this doctor speaks Mandarin and could have tried speaking with him. She recommended a treatment to clean his eyelids. It cost $200, not covered by insurance. My mom asked her if there was maybe a discount. She responded "no this office does not pay for itself." She had no concern for seniors that have limited income. I told my mom I would help her pay for the treatment and my dad went ahead with it. Dr. Liao told us not to leave until she came back to check after her assistant completed the procedure. After her assistant finished, they waited for over an hour for the doctor to come back despite asking multiple times for follow up. I hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else after experiencing what my parents felt firsthand."

"Dr. Chao was very patient and super calm with my very emotional 7 year old. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The doctor's assistant, Melissa was so pleasant and helpful and especially patient with my son. She answered all my 100 questions with such a positive attitude. Overall we had an excellent experience with this location!"
