The park is currently undergoing development to meet the standards of the Oyster Bay Land Use Plan Amendment adopted in 2013. The park features seven non-reservable group picnic areas, multipurpose trails, a view site topped by Roger Berry's sculpture "Rising Wave," and a quarter-acre garden with 300 plants that flower from fall through winter to provide nectar for overwintering Monarchs.
