"I was a member for seven years from 2016 to 2023 and witnessed the entire decline. What started as a high quality, flexible care model turned into the same bureaucracy and a lack of patient care seen too often in our society. While I had some good doctors at OneMedical, I also had doctors who did not read my charts, reps who did not return calls, contradictory information given from different parts of the organization, and worst of all, unethical billing practices at both the macro (see their class-action lawsuit) and micro levels. Good riddance to you, OneMedical."

"I've only had negative experiences with OneMedical. I joined OneMedical because I heard great things. When I scheduled my first primary care appointment for just an annual check up, blood work, and a flu shot they called me the day of my appointment and said they "didn't have time" for all of that and said they could just do blood work and a flu shot. When I arrived, I saw the doctor for less than 10 mins, he took my blood pressure, checked my breathing, and spoke to me for 5 mins. I then got my blood taken and flu shot. I received my test results and it said a doctor will reach out with next steps. I had to reach out twice to get the doctor's notes which took almost 4 weeks after receiving the test results. I then received a $640 charge for "New Patient Office Visit: Low to Moderate Complexity." Which seems like a hefty charge for someone just wanted an annual check up, blood work, and flu shot. There was charges for the other things, which was very reasonable. The $640 charge along with mediocre care does not make OneMedical worth a membership."

Dr. Rodriguez is a breath of fresh air when it comes to patient care- he is attentive, detailed, and genuinely cares for his patients healthcare needs. The medical team takes a collaborative approach to patient care- and I always feel like I am a part of my own medical care."
