"I won’t be going back! I went to get gel nail polish removed. She didn’t remove it correctly and used the filling tool that spins to remove it all so now my nails are all scratched up and one is red and hurts when you touch/bump it because I think it got filed sooo much. Also, it was really uncomfortable when she trimmed/filled my nails very agressively. I was scared she was going to cut my finger or break one of my nails. Not a pleasant experience."
