She truly takes the time with you in your i Tiago appointment to find out your goals, any trouble areas, concerns, etc. By taking that time, she even happened to pinpoint the cause of my dermatitis, something I had been suffering from for over 5 years. She also took extensive time to test various gels, cleansers and lotions on my face; my skin is super sensitive so we had to be very careful with certain products with fragrance. She is super flexible and adaptive toward goals during treatments and thoroughly explains what to expect with each treatment, benefits, cost, etc. I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my skin, and am so grateful to her for helping me establish a skincare regimen.
