Join us from Monday to Thursday between 5 PM and 11 PM, or extend your weekend fun with us until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays, we welcome you from 11 AM to 11 PM. Please note that for evening reservations, parties of three or more are required to meet a minimum food and beverage spend of $50 per person, although hotel guests are exempt from this requirement.

"My wife and I dropped by without a reservation a Sunday late afternoon. We got a table inside but asked for a table outside. That worked out nicely - however… we could not for some reason get one of the tables with a fire pit …. So we sat for an hour and a half at a table without a fire pit staring at three free tables that had a fire pit … really strange they could not allow us a table with a fire pit. We know that the tables could have been reserved, but obviously there was plenty of change/room for us, if only they had showed a bit of flexibility. The drinks are GREAT!! Expensive - but great. Service is adequate as we had to proactively getting hold of a waiter - they did not automatically come by and ask how we were doing or if we needed to order more. The location is …. Really bad. … a lot of people on drugs on the streets around the hotel where the bar is located. And a lot of homeless people. We felt really scared as we walked from the Market Street Cable Car station to the hotel just a couple of blocks away. I would not walk there at night. The overall rating is a reflection of the lack of flexibility in assigning a fire pit table and the location. Not sure we would return another time - at least not without a reservation - and not walking there."

"Although the weather wasn’t very nice, we still got to see some great views from Charmaine’s. The food options were good, and the drinks were particularly interesting. The service was also great, our waiter helped us pick a drink that matched our tastes. Would highly recommend!"

"Lovely place. Food was surprisingly good. Great Vegan and vegetarian options. Best part was that the staff gave blankets when it got a bit chilly up there. Just wish it wasn’t in the Tenderloin area or had easy parking access. We had to valet it for $60"

"Wonderful roof top cocktail bar, would be an instant hit for its ambience and cocktails if not for its unfortunate location. Just around the corner, many clusters of homeless people gathered. To come up, a security guard accompanied us all the way to the elevator and had to use his special key to send us atop. Once elevator door opens, it’s like a different world than the outside. Tastefully decorated just like the hotel with campfires, make you feel warm and fuzzy on a chilly night with a nice glass of cocktail in hand."
