"We bought/got a camper shell installed here. Everything went very smoothly and we were in and out within an hour. Tom, the owner I believe, is a very knowledgeable and great guy. He pointed out a little scratch on our shell that was likely from the manufacturer and offered us some free tracks for the top of the shell. We really appreciated the honesty…sort of rare these days. The gentlemen who worked on the installation were also great and very friendly."

"Called today to get a quote to install AMP Research steps on my truck. Told me they have to order them first. Told the guy on the phone that I called before and was told they were back ordered because there was a delay on the processor because of Covid. I spend time calling around for them and was able to locate them and bought them and just want a quote to install them. He told be they were just backed up. I said, so your not scheduling any work at all? He said we are scheduling installs for only clients that buy products from them. What a joke. They are an easy install but have no time but I guess I have to make time to do it my self. That's not how you run a successful business. At least lie to me and say your backed up a month. That's the reason they are the last people I call to work on my truck. I have always get shined on. Thanks for looking out for your locals clients. You lost another for good. Just disappointing."

"Careful they will appraise you first way lower price and even won't tell you the right price right before installation even if you ask. I was appraised originally "a little bit over 2300", before installation i asked how much is it gonna be and was told "around 2500" i asked if it was with tax was confirmed and it ended up being "2639" because of 150 labor fee i wasn't told about i guess but really just because the salesman was not straight forward with the price. What even worse how they handled the situation and didn't want to honor the second price. One of the employees didn't even wear a mask sometimes indoor also mouthed off that 2639 is around 2500 and that they can take the shell out and that is America and you have to pay tax here... I expected the first appraise was probably without some hidden fees like tax that's why I asked again for the price before installation..."
