"They were very nice to me even after my insurance didn't work. Definitely need to come back for a cleaning. Also the office was nice cozy and clean."
"I just received delivery of my two partials. Mine is a complicated case and the process is still developing with a few new crowns for the finish. Everyone is very pro, on task and no waiting around. Thumbs up, so far."
"I have never been happy with the idea of dentist! It's been a fear I've had forever. However, I find comfort and happiness going now. @4 months of being a patient with them, I'm 4/5☆s happy. Took my husband today for his 1st. I am so grateful for all the staff. Front desk ladies are sweet, not judgmental and have patience with me I only can appreciate."
"If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience was horrible run far away from this place. I was given anesthesia numerous times and I never got numb and Doctor George Jared still attempted to try and extract my tooth. I was crying and in so much pain and he told me that if I cried, he was leaving the room and not doing anything. While he was administering the anesthesia, it was pouring down my throat, and I tried to get up to spit because his assistant wasn’t suctioning my mouth. He told me to sit down, and that she was going to suction me, but she was just standing there so I grabbed the suction out of her hand and started suctioning my mouth because I was choking and gagging on the medicine and it was pouring all out of my mouth. Dr. Jared moved on to the next patient without any emotion or compassion. At this point the girl from the front desk (same girl that was suppose to suction me) came into the room and told me that I needed to pay $150.00 because the extraction isn’t covered, and I said no, that can’t be right because I never pay for anything at the dentist ever. She tried to convince me that I needed to pay and she looked at my purse sitting on the shelf and she said you don’t have a credit card or anything? I said I don’t have to pay I don’t understand why all of a sudden I’m being told that I need to pay. Also, that is information that should be given to the patient before any type of work or anything is performed. She looks down at the papers that she has in her hand, and she says oh no, you don’t have to pay and that the extraction is covered. Dr Jared came back in the room and tried to administer more anesthesia and he immediately said, does it hurt does it hurt yes or no yes or no with an attitude and frustration and at this point my ear was throbbing my eyes were hurting and my head was throbbing. and the anesthesia still didn’t work. He told me that he couldn’t administer any more anesthesia and that I wasn’t getting numb and then said well let me try one more time, so I got up out of the chair and I said no I’m leaving you’re not going to touch my mouth anymore. The presence there was cold and uncaring. Normally I research and review any doctor or dentist, but I was sent to Dr. Jared for a second opinion to determine whether or not my tooth could be saved and instead he pumped me with tons of anesthesia knowing that I wasn’t getting numb and knowing that I needed to be on antibiotics before the tooth was to be extracted, but he still tried to extract it when I was in excruciating pain. Do not I repeat do not step foot in their office. Please save yourself the agony."
"Don’t come here if you have ptsd , they were insensitive to my fear, there was one girl there that had no sympathy for people. Don’t go here, they’ll treat you like dirt. They had gave me a counsel on partials and even after I told her I just started working and would rather wait she still went ahead and ran my credit. I then thought about and thought okay I can pay in full one at a time, she was very careless with her words. Not everyone in there that walks in is a cash cow. Although I actually do have money to pay for the whole thing, doesn’t mean you have the right to treat someone like their finances don’t matter. I just got a job and I do have money from an accident I had. But being kind to someone goes a long way. Treat people with respect. Look around before settling for any dentist and there front desk people"
