"Not sure how they hire anyone here. The system they have is horrible when trying to become an employee. I’ve been emailed to schedule 2 interviews and they NEVER called me at my scheduled time. Then i call the store and someone hangs up in my face. Call back again and the “interviewer”says my name isn’t in the system. Yet, I’m looking at the text reminder as well as the email stating i had the interview that day. Today 11/28 I had an interview at 12pm. No call and hung up on once again when i called the store. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Burlington should adopt a more effective way of hiring people. This method of hiring will turn away employees with good work ethic, integrity, and customer service skills."
