"I walked into the 711 today to get cooler and figured I get some coffee but when I walked up to the area it was disgusting dirty just just absolutely horrible and I figured maybe I get some ice coffee but it was the same exact thing so when I was going to pay for my coolant I told the cashier the coffee area looks really bad and disgusting you should have somebody clean it ASAP he asked Looking in that direction what looks dirty I said both the ice coffee and the coffee area. Never will I be walking into this store to get coffee, fountain drinks nor food from them. The taquito station was also dirt from the bottom. Do better and keep your store clean and sanitized! I wish I would've taken a picture to post it!"

"Piece of garbage 7-11. They stop selling hot food at 6pm. They don't rinse their coffee pots, which in turn creates mold that YOU drink. To top it all off. I have witnessed employees rinse out cups and put them back on the cup holders. Stay away from toxicity. Beware!!!"

"First of all it was really crowded so there was literally just one parking spot. We waited in line for a few minutes waiting for our turn and when we got to the cashier we felt rushed and i felt we were being an imposition just because i asked if we could pay for our purchases using Samsung Pay. The clerk told us we could but he needed the last 4 digits of my card. Well that's the reason why I use the pay app so i don't have to carry my credit cards with me anymore and that's why i couldn't even pay. Told him i was coming back just grabbing some cash from my friend but he went and put all the items back and when i came back just a minute later he told me quite rudely " go grab them again and get back in line". At this point i was upset not only because of the inconvenience of having to ask my friend for cash but also because of the actions and tone of this so called employee. Needless to say i won't be coming back."
