"While being checked out the cashier Jazz spent more time texting than paying attention to her job……. She acted like she was bothered to be there."
"The customer service is non-existent. Today, I went to Vons because I need to gallons of water. When I placed my water jugs on the conveyor belt, the cashier was chatting with the customer in front of me, being very friendly with them. When that customer walked away, thing immediately changed. I was not greeted AT ALL. The cashier, Tessa, rang up my water, grabbed the receipt, held it out to me, and said "Here". THAT'S IT!! She was obviously too busy chatting with two other employees to give customer service. I honestly received the impression that I was an interruption to her conversation. This wasn't the 1st time I was treated like this. It seems to me that Vons doesn't care about their customers."
"Pretty typical Vons. They've got most of what you need, but their selection can be lacking in areas from time to time. I do like the pre -chopped arranged veggies, but sometimes I'll get it home and realize that the veggies in the pack have actually already gone bad. Outside of that, I've never really had a problem with the products here."
