"The staff need to work on their patients with customers .I got asked what type of meat I wanted and I said “I don’t want meat I want ham” ,both of your staff there just looked at each other and laughed in front of me and one said “this is what I have to deal with on a daily”, He could of explain to me what he meant instead of laughing about it. If I come across this again I’ll either contact the manger or corporate."

"I wouldn't know how the service is because for the 3rd time in about 6 weeks we went by the subway on north Broadway at approx.8:30 pm last night only to be told that they were closed. Funny, the girl was standing there looking like she was ready to help us and the door was unlocked, but, according to her, they were closed. And that's all she would say when we questioned her about the sign that said they were open until 9. So one star is being generous."
