"Placed my order an order an hour before I arrived. I showed up and was told 10 more minutes with 2 people in store. ended up waiting 30 minutes for cold and dry tasteless wings. Not too sure what was going on with the bosses when they decided to hire employees. I’ll stick to Buffalo Wild Wings from here on out."

"Pro Tip: when ordering online and given the estimated time for pick up, keep in mind to add another 30-45min to that time. When ordering inside, it will be around an hour for your order to be ready. When ordering for a future time, for example, ordering at 6pm to pick up for 930pm, come at 10pm. Follow these guidelines and you will not be wasting your time waiting and being angry sitting there. These guys don't get paid enough and could care less about your feelings. I dont blame them. If you can't wait, go somewhere else. There, hope this helps. Stay full and not hangry people✌️"
