"Worst customer service of any store I have been in. Everything is behind locked glass doors, which is fine for the area, but there is never anyone in the area to assist. The call boxes are never working even if they are where they are supposed to be which they aren’t. I called the store number and was told to go find a store person in the blue vest for assistance."

"Appeared they may have been doing inv. A lot of cabinets were locked. My biggest problem was while walking down an isle I encountered a person sweeping. I hesitated to have him let me go by. He continued sweeping anyway. While trying to get by I was smacked with his broom handle. He did not say a thing, no sorry, excuse me, didn't see you, nothing. If this is how they treat customers, I don't think I will be back."

"I have to say I'm surprised at the poor experiences others are having here. This pharmacy is in a superstore and I'm sure is a very high volume location. I use the automated system. It knows when my scrips are due and if there are refills available, I get a text ping and respond affirmatively if I need it refilled. I get an acknowledgement of that and then another text confirming it's ready for pick up. My typical experience there is a quick in-out. Oh, and the prices are cheaper than others I have used. At least one of my prescriptions is free."

"Every single time I need a prescription filled they are 2+ hours behind. Every time. And I have to wait another 30 minutes after I get there to pick it up. My most recent prescription for my daughter was sent to them at 6pm, they said it would be ready by 8:30 since they close at 9 and I needed it. Nope, still not done and they don’t open back up until 9am. Definitely switching pharmacies. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions."

"If you need life saving medications don’t send your prescriptions here, they’ll let you die! I been calling this pharmacy since yesterday (4-30-18) to refill my prescription and the line has been busy. I think they have the phone off the hook and it’s sad because people can’t answer the phone and are getting paid for nothing. I know people who need a job and can answer phones! I’ll never have another prescription sent here."
