"This is the slowest and least helpful pharmacy I have ever used. Every other pharmacy I've ever used fills my prescriptions the same day, usually within hours of my doctor sending the rx. This pharmacy regularly doesn't fill my prescriptions for DAYS. Additionally, most of them don't have good customer service. You can walk up to the pharmacy counter and 3 pharmacy employees will be working on the computers or walking around by the back counter, and just completely ignore you. They'll look up at you several times but nobody greets you or says they'll be with you in a minute, or even cracks a smile. They just look miserable and give you absolutely no acknowledgement for several minutes. Then the poor pharmacy tech will come out from the back and realize someone's standing there waiting and will come up to help you. I worked at a Walmart pharmacy in the past, and we had a mandatory rule of acknowledging each patient as soon as they walked up. Even if just to say "hi, one of us will be with you in a minute". Simply acknowledging someone makes the entire experience a lot more pleasant. I will say that the male pharmacist with the beard that seems to work on weekends is more friendly and talkative than any of the other employees. He will actually come up and help customers while the rest of the staff ignores them. And the pharmacy tech.. Vinnie? Or something like that. She is also friendly and more helpful than the rest."

"Don't know if the staff doesn't care or is just incompetent, but I've been constantly left without my meds for several days at a time while they fail to order them. Transferring to another pharmacy currently, and they continue to lag on sending the medication, only to finally respond by sending the wrong one. If you have any other option, choose it. This place is a health hazard."

"I will be switching pharmacies. I called on January 2 to have my prescriptions delivered since I am at high risk for complications from COVID-19 and have a child who isn't eligible for vaccination. I was told that one of my medications couldn't be delivered and someone else should pick them up and bring them to me. Since that I wasn't an option, I called back on January 4 (the fill date for my prescriptions) to switch pharmacies but was told that my prescriptions can be delivered. I set up the account and my prescriptions weren't ready to be requested for delivery until January 6. I placed an order for delivery at 9:44 AM for that day and paid $7.99 for delivery. Nothing came so I called the pharmacy on the evening of January 6 and was told that the cut off time was 11:00 AM and that it should've been delivered today but it wasn't. The prescriptions did arrive today (January 7), but was delivered by someone without a mask. Someone with whom I had to directly interact with to sign for the medication. 2 days without medication just to possibly be exposed by a maskless delivery driver anyway. Thanks Safeway."

"This pharmacy is subpar. We are always waiting for them to “order” medicine. One pharmacist lied to me one time and said they hadn’t received an updated order from my practitioner when I could clearly see it in their pharmacy app. Plus, today when I went I saw them turn a person away who wanted to get the covid vaccine because the pharmacist was going to lunch in 10 minutes. With all the vaccine hesitancy you’re going to turn someone away."
