"I washed my brand new car here recently and it was not very dirty. However the wash left big water marks on my car even though I immedielty tried to wipe them with a towel. There was also a pollen spot on the window that the wash seemed to miss completely. The vacuum was so weak at our station and the air stopped working as well. As someone else mentioned, the vacuum spots are tight and I was nervous opening my door wide enough to try to clean the interior. Overpriced, there are better car washes 5 minutes away."

"You need to be comfortable with getting a ticket at a kiosk, but after that it's all a snap. I took our grandkids (10 & 6). You stay inside the car. They loved it. The wax looks like lava flowing down the window. We left immediately, but there are stations to dry the excess water and clean the interior."

Instead, I was informed that due to my car's cloth top, certain features were disabled, leaving my vehicle embarrassingly spotty. The kicker? They expect customers to just accept falsehood and dry their own cars to achieve the advertised 'spot-free' result. When I confronted them for a solution, their response was a flat-out refusal to offer refunds or any other form of compensation. Their policy is not only ridiculous but also smacks of deceitful advertising. Having brought my fleet of high-end cars here for years, their recent conduct is not just a personal insult but a disservice to all customers. The interaction with Kyle, who personified the establishment's indifferent attitude, was particularly galling. He even reneged on a gift card from another manager as a meager make-right. I'm done with this car wash. They're losing over $2,000 a year from me alone, and I'll make sure my entire network steers clear of their substandard customer service. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like being duped and dismissed by a business that clearly doesn't value its clientele. In addition to the aforementioned issues, this car wash stooped even lower by outright lying about compensatory gift cards. Despite claims that they had issued me a gift card for previous inconveniences, I have never received such a gesture and would like to see proof. This blatant dishonesty is utterly unacceptable and further exemplifies their lack of integrity and customer respect. The paltry offer of $2 off per wash is a laughable attempt at placation, especially in light of the egregious level of service provided. This token discount does nothing to address the core issues of misleading advertising and poor customer treatment. It feels like a slap in the face rather than a sincere attempt to make amends. Given the significant discrepancies between their promises and what is actually delivered, this minimal discount adds insult to injury. Frankly, they can keep their $2 and use it to fund a much-needed overhaul of their customer service practices. If this car wash truly wants to rectify the situation and restore any semblance of customer trust, they need to start with genuine, substantive changes to how they treat their clients and honor their commitments. Only then might they begin to repair their tarnished reputation."

"First time here in February 2023. Honestly, I was really impressed with the service and the logistics of this place I encountered many friendly and tactful employees here. My visit was seven dollars for a car wash and free vacuum. In conclusion, I would totally go back here for washing my EV. It would be nice to say hello again to all the whimsical sculptures that were placed throughout this lot for the car wash. See photos and feel free to give a rating for this review."
