"This Burlington hands down has been one of the worst store I have been too. It ridiculous how long the check out line was and wait time due there only having 2 regester open. Most manager or supervisor in retail know or even understand that if their line get to back up the should find a way get down, whether help jumping on regester or calling for more help, but it should never be at least 45 min wait just to check out. I WOULDN'T SUGGEST COMING TO THIS BURLINGTON ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING TIME."
"Horrible customer service. Waited 40 min in line. There were a bunch of employees at cashiers not doing nothing just talking. Only one register open. Bad , bad store always a big line and employees not doing their job."
"This is the largest store in California, but here there are the longest lines every day and the store director considers it normal to wait 55 minutes at the checkout. I do not recommend this store for shopping. The managers of this company respond to customer complaints to Google, but in fact they do not care about the customers, since there are no improvements. Managers need to be changed! stood in line for an hour and a half I won't come to this store again!!!"
"Patience is the first word that comes to mind when you visit this Burlington store. Long lines, of at least 30 mins, are the norm and they don’t seem to get better. Clothes racks are way overloaded with stuff and you can’t enjoy shopping. Also what’s up with the shoe cage? That’s definitely a safety code issue. Understaffed stores typically run like this Burlington."
"I give it 2 stars because it’s a big store- but the mess in this place is OUTRAGEOUS! There is product all over the floor and people are stepping on it, running over it with their carts. The line to check out was wrapped around and down past the men’s fitting room, there was only 2 cashiers and not one employee came to help. Everything is a complete mess and not one employee was cleaning, picking items up or even helping. They have carts of Go-back products everywhere on the floor and some even blocking the aisles. I like coming to these types of stores but i unfortunately wont be coming back to this location any time in the future."
