"Top notch Service. While my mom was a patient at the Creekside post-acute, she needed the transportation between the facility and the Valley Medical Center for her appointment either in a wheel chair or on a gurney. My mom was treated very nicely and she was really happy with their service. They take care more than just transportations, they make sure my mom was checked in for her medical appointments. There is once a messed up by the part of hospital, I gave them a call and they were all booked up but they found someone who was able to get the issue resolved. They also kept me updated when she was picked up, safely arrived back at hospital and any issues with the hospital. I had to pay it out of my pocket but the service they provided worth every penny."
