"Excellent experience here. They are full service and do it all. I went there for a brake and light certification as required by the state for my salvage vehicle. Initial visit they gave me a short list of things to fix, ebrake, fog lights and read brake pads. I fixed it all and came back two weeks later. I was kind of surprised that they check the work quickly and gave me the certificate. I was expecting some sort of catch or extra purchase necessary. But they were super honest and nice so I’d def recommend them!"

"Van Nuys autoworks is indeed my favorite car workshop because of their good attitude, transparent business practice and ability to get the job done. I bought a used car and ask Chris to inspect it for me. They cleared the car and the next day some issue appeared in the car. They fixed it all without charging me an extra penny. That shows they have their priority right. Highly recommend it."

"I spent 95% of my day in tears because of car trouble. Every shop I called was either too expensive or couldn’t offer immediate help, which I needed. Eventually, I bought a new battery from autozone after being told they’d help me replace the old one for free. Jokes on me. Apparently that is not true for my style of Cadillac. I was told it would be too difficult. A few more tears and a few more phone calls later I called Van Nuys Autoworks and spoke with a kind gentleman named Harry. It was about 12 minutes until they closed but he insisted I come by then and not wait until morning. I was in and out of the shop in less than 20 minutes and paid literally 1/4 of the price that every single other shop I called quoted me. Harry and his team are absolute angels. Because of them I was able to end my day with a peaceful mind and a grateful heart. I’m not hoping for car trouble anytime soon but I will absolutely be a returning customer."

"I am SHOCKED this team doesn’t have more reviews! They deserve it! Not only do we take our fleet vehicles here but I took a personal vehicle for repairs too! Shop is tucked in but look for the building street side with the address and pull into the open gate; there a couple of shop in the lot. Appears they take all common forms of payment. Common lobby area for a shop. Multiple bays and mechanics. 03’ Toyota Tundra that has had A LOT of upgrades but of course along the way original parts have reached their max. A bunch of issues such as leaking rack and pinion, ABS wiring & break master cylinder etc, AC, control arms, bushing, ball joint etc etc, just a bunch. After working to fit my drop off schedule the team evaluated and provided feedback with a reasonable cost as I was being given just far out estimates and time frames; I get all shops/mechanics are different. They respected that I was worried on timing as a big trip for vacation was upcoming and it was my preference to have the Tundra ready in time for trailer towing and it was! I’m so impressed with how kind Chris & Harry are…even though I keep mixing their voices up hahaha! I am so appreciative they help not just my crew’s fleet vehicles but mine too. You Gentlemen, have a client, and referrals headed your way! Hopefully they don’t get sick of my team or I. I have a definite gratitude to both Chris & Harry and their Mechanic team! "These guys are awesome. I recently spent a ton of money trying to have a car customized by a shop down in OC. The shop that I used did a pretty lazy job on tightening the new pieces and suspension before giving me back the car. The guys over at Van Nuys AutoWorks spent several weeks trying to undo what had been done to my car. Not only did they fix most of the noise i had from the previous shop, they refused to charge me. What a group of legends. Thanks Guys."
