"I had a procedure scheduled for Saturday morning and the office staff from the moment I stepped into the office was welcoming and amazing! the office itself is so warm and welcoming and when I was greeted by Dr.Ayeh herself, she made sure that my exam room was prepared and ready to go right on time and I even had the choice to pick my own music during treatment ! lol Now to the most important part, Dr.Ayeh! She is an amazing person and walked me through every step of the treatment and what to expect. She even persoanlly called and followed up to make sure everything is good after the procedure and also received another followup call today ( Monday) from her staff for another courtesy check-in which I think is an amazing touch and shows the level of accountability and care the office has towards their patients ! Thank you again Dr.Ayeh and staff for the amazing experience and I hope we see more practices and providers taking example , of putting patients first and proividing exceptional care like Laguna Niguel Smiles Dentisry !"

"I went there because of the 5-star reviews, still nervous because I'm not very fond of the US healthcare system. Everything they say is true: super nice people, always checking on you, and always putting you first. But there is more: During my first check-up with X-rays, they also took a 3D scan of my entire mouth, which is very cool. I had never had something like that done before, so that's a sign they invest in the best equipment to provide the best service. Although they were off my insurance network, they matched my in-network insurance conditions. They take pictures of the process, I think, for self-accountability reasons, and transparency is key. They found 13 cavities, and I take good care of my teeth – 5 of them needed to be dealt with ASAP. I saw one of my molars, and it was so bad that, as the doctor said, if I hadn't been there, it would have needed a root canal in 6 months. It wasn't only that she said it; I was able to see it with my own eyes. After the fillings, they really took their time and checked again and again to make sure that everything was adjusted so the bite felt perfect. They split my procedures over 2 days, on different sides, and with the anesthesia, that was the correct move. It also minimized my time in the chair with my mouth open. They call you the day after to make sure everything is ok. And again, the whole team is incredibly nice and comforting. They don't deserve 5 stars; they deserve 10. Good job!"
