"My family member was under the care of MD Leung for several years. Sadly, our family member passed months ago. Having gone to the appointments with my family member, I too, witness MD Leung feeling annoyed with our questions. MD Leung would roll her eyes, sigh, and lacked compassion. At one point, MD Leung informed our family member that there were no more options, she lacked any compassion in informing our loved one and rushed us out of the office. It really is terrible, that even if there are no options she constantly said, "I told you this wont get better" at all appointments and immediately would rush us out of the office. at the end of life, our loved one mentioned that if maybe she had some compassion, it would have made her feel like she was more than just a number. I remember one point, our loved one had a wound and MD Leung shrugged it off and said there was nothing she could do. Only to reach out to another provider who then placed her on wound care. I hope at some point this provider reads this and will realize the pain she has caused patients and the need for more compassionate."
