"Second Edit: it has been exactly 1 week and the polish is already falling off…this is absolutely ridiculous. Never have I had a worse manicure. Edit: some of my skin under my thumb is now ripped up from the amount of glue underneath my nails preventing my skin from moving I really don’t like my full set. It took 3 hours to do what would normally take 1, my nails are bubbly, smudged, and covered in dust that’s sealed under the top coat. The technician spent 1.5 of those hours grinding down the dip powder because she put a mountain of dip on each finger. My fingers are also covered in glue and it’s really ugly. They didn’t do a second coat of color, and the gold was chipping in 5 minutes. It was just done really sloppily, and I hate that I spent $80 for this service…I expected a lot more based on reviews Got a $15 refund (it should have been in full), but I will never be coming back"

"Maria did a beautiful job on my full set of acrylics and her son (finn) gave me a wonderful pedicure....but my friend that came with me had a different technician do her full set and it was done terribly. We called the next morning and they told her to come back and someone would fix them, but upon arrival the technician who did her nails proceeded to argue about the quality of the set and was very argumentative. My friend was so upset she just left. If your getting a full set of acrylics ask for Maria or Tina. The only other thing that was kinda annoying was that I booked our appt for me and my friend for the same time, but they proceeded to give her her pedicure and full set at the same time, while I had to wait over an hour for my pedicure. By the time I started my pedicure my friend was completely done and had to then wait an hour for me to be finished, we spent 3.5 hours there. Also, it ended up costing quite a bit more than the menu for the services suggested. The only reason there getting 3 stars instead of 1 star is how good a job Maria did on my nails."

"I love Bebe Nails 1 and 2. Diane and Tina are the best. They have been doing my nails for a few years. Ladies are always nice and professional. They have a location on Grand Ave and in the Laurel District on East Oakland. Parking is a hit or miss for both because of busy locations. They are always busy so it's best to make an appointment. Good flexible hours. Open everyday except Sunday. No one else does my nails and feet."
