However, floatation and remote control water craft are prohibited in Machado Lake at this time in consideration of the habitat restoration efforts. Machado Lake, located within Ken Malloy Harbor Regional Park, is home to over 300 separate species of migratory birds. This lake plays a crucial role in the natural water habitat of Southern California for native animals and plants. Visitors are encouraged to come and enjoy the natural habitat, nature walks, and seasonal migratory birds.

Esplanade Bluff Garden
