"most of the store is great and the people are good too except the gun counter today at least. I walked up and got number 44 and they were servicing number 39 for quite a while, and the line was probably up to number 47 in regards to the ticket you have to pull to get your number called, there was a long black haired employee and a gray haired employee hanging out behind the counter after coming out of the back talking and just standing at the counter for multiple minutes, talking about life stuff and not even work while the line was 5 to 7 people deep and not caring about working and helping people and getting the line moving along. I eventually just walked up and threw my ticket on the counter in front of them and walked out and went down the street to gun store nearby and bought my gun there. quicker service and better prices. I'll never come back here for my gun needs."
"Bit but meh ... overpriced. In the age of the internet, I was surprised at how much more expensive things are here. PRO: - Big warehouse type store - Well stocked with outdoor sports equipment - Clothing - Lists fishing reports - Lots of parking CON: - Overpriced - Understaffed SUMMARY: If you need it today, you need it. If not, maybe you just get a better price online or elsewhere"
"Today 1/19/24 I went into the store and requested a copy of receipt that was 4 years old. I needed it for a warranty claim. The staff and Derek the manager were very nice. He found the receipt, not an easy thing to do and I appreciate it. It made my day. Thank you for your time today Derek I appreciate it."
"My experience of a wife who's husband has been trying to buy a gun (legally) has been horrible!! It's the only place I've been that's worse then the DMV !! We have made 3 visits and we live 2 hours a way,we got here at 10am when they opened and it is now 2pm he still has five people ahead of him!! I understand their are rules and protocols they have to follow but come on!! This system is not working,their are two guys working the counter and they are so slow,I mean slow like molasses on a cold day!! Please hire some more people to work the gun and ammo section and if they need trained for goodness sake train them!!"
