"I reached out to several moving companies to quote a local moving job. Titan had fair pricing, excellent communication, a free onsite quote by request (this was huge, as it allowed for no surprises), and they had insurance for their team (surprising how many companies didn't). We went with them and could not have been more pleased. They were quick, yet still careful and efficient. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Titan!"

"I called Titan for a quote for a long distance move from OC to Mammoth, from one storage unit to another. Joel was responsive to my request and asked good questions to understand my move situation. I received a prompt and comprehensive quote and the price was VERY competitive among 5 other quotes I received. Stan and the loading crew arrived on time and loaded my belongings carefully and quickly into the truck. They wrapped furniture and temporarily boxed smaller items for the transport. I received confirmation that the truck arrived at the destination and was secured overnight. I coordinated the unloading with Stan for the morning and they arrived on time. The crew unloaded my belongings into my new storage unit very quickly. There was no damage to the boxes or furniture. They also organized everything the way I asked and in a way I could access everything easily, better than I would have done it myself.  I highly recommend Titan for a move. I would definitely use them again!"

"Amazing experience. Don't let these other reviews fool you, the move went flawlessly and the guys (Frankie, Cisco, and Greg) were wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. When you look at the any negative reviews keep this in mind and take my advice: "They were slow and would stop working": they're human and its a very physical job. They're allowed to breath/take breaks. Be patient, because I'd rather they work right and not get hurt from exhaustion or damage my things. "They took too long": Either you were packed or they needed more people. Give them an honest and accurate estimation of your items. Too many bad reviews say they took forever to do the job but that's because those people wanted to cheap out and hire less movers. I had a small 1 bedroom but I still hired 3 guys because I knew between the stairs and boxes it would be more appropriate (Plus Joel's recommendation for such). "They scratched my thing": Accidents can happen but you can go out of your way in advance to prevent this. All of my glass was wrapped before they showed up and I didn't have a single item of damage."

The process to book was smooth, and the movers showed up a little early, which was nice for moving during the summer. Juan, Joel and Cisco were professional, friendly and funny. "I had a great experience with Joel, the guy who booked my initial appointment and helped with flexible rescheduling (up to 48 hours prior) when we were dealing with mortgage lender delays, and especially for the team of 3 movers led by Justin. Joel was helpful in scheduling and Justin and his team did a fantastic job in the actual move, putting things where I asked them to and were trustworthy when not being monitored (I could trust them with my things). There was one miscommunication regarding moving my fridge which left me frustrated initially, but Stan, the owner, contacted me directly to make it right, and I appreciated the follow up and resolution. Side note - be sure to give as much detail as you can about what you are moving (especially if you have a refrigerator that is large or has high tech components like a screen) so that they can send the proper technicians (such as if a fridge that is larger or fancier than a standard 2-door needs to be moved). I would recommend this company for moving needs due to their dedication to customer satisfaction."
