"Absolutely Terrible service. Worse than ups and thats saying something. Package should have been delivered last week but couldn't due to, "not having a lift gate for a 60 pound vehicle hood..." seriously? Then I told them to leave it at the warehouse and I would pick it up today. They didn't do that so they said it would be delivered today by 5pm it wasn't even attempted which I was told it would be. Now I have to go tomorrow morning as soon as they open and hope they don't put it on the dam. Truck again before I get there so this doesn't happen for the third time."

"My pallets shows it arrived at XPO Fontana 9/25/2021 scheduled to deliver 9/27/2021 never arrived. Just like the rest of comments, no answer, no update, its 10/5/2021 and still hasn't arrived or a date of when they will deliver. Its an engine for my truck, haven't worked in over a month waiting on this, stressed and don't even know where to start if they loose it like some of the other comments. Its unfair that we paid for a service but they don't know how to manage their dock to get stuff moved. They shouldn't be allowed to operate a business. We need to start complaining to the Better Business Bureau."
