"I was at the Sacramento location today on Broadway today and had awful service from some rude red head sandwich maker. She had a attitude the whole time she dealt with taking my order. She clearly hates her job and the public. When she brought my turkey sandwich to my table that I watched her make, she used the heel of the Rye loaf bread when making it. That was a clear choice of hers to make. My sandwich was soft bread on one side and hard on the other. The whole experience was unpleasant due to her. I won't ever visit that location again."
"Third time back this month! Staff is very polite and tasty, quality food comes out in good time. Tried everything from soups, salad, and sandwiches. Great spot when I’m on the go and want something decent!"
"As I was waiting for my order I noticed the girl making someone's salad taking pictures on her phone with the same gloves she was using to make the salad. She didn't change gloves, she continued to touch the food with the same gloves. It wasn't my food but after I got my order, the more I thought about it the more it grossed me out. To top it off I ordered French Dip, took it back to work to eat and the meat was so nasty. It tasted like old microwaved meat. The location and place was dirty. This is the worst Sourdough and Co. I have ate at. When I saw the girl walk the order out to Old Lady I almost said something but decided not to. Super unsanitary!! I'd should have asked my money back but I along with my co-workers (who go there often) won't be going back."
"This location is an embarrassment to the Sourdough Bread Co name. I’ve been here three times in my life. The first time they refused to honor my coupon, the second and third times the oven was broken, and this last time I ordered extra spread but was served a sandwich drier than the Sahara desert. I’m debating challenging the charge on my credit card because I wasn’t given what I ordered. Go to the one at the railroad station or one of the two locations in El Dorado Hills, they understand how to make an edible sandwich. I’ve had better sandwiches from Subway, and at that point we should be asking ourselves why they feel $12 plus a tip is necessary for such a miserable meal."
