"I've been there 3 times and all three times the service SUCKS!!!! THE BARTENDERS DONT KNOW HOW TO STAY AT THE BAR THEY RATHER GO IN THE KITCHEN AND GOSSIP WITH THE COOKS. AND WASNT ASHAMED TO LET ME KNOW THATS WHY SHE TOOK LONG TO COME BACK TO THE BAR AND I WAS WAS THE ONLY ONW IN THE RESTAURANT. BEWARE SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!"

"so we went for the first time and walked in and we were seated and given menus. but then they never came to take our orders. finally after waiting FOREVER I had to flag someone down then she took our order. then it took forever to get our food then part came out then long wait again for the rest of the order. then forever to get the check. I didn't like their customer service but their food is BOMB so we came back a few months after that and we were the only people there and the experience was much better. the flank steak tacos and ceviche are freaking delicious! I say call your order in and pick it up. that's what I'm going to do next time."

"Walking in was puzzling as there’s two different directions you can go, the restaurant area and bar area. We noticed the girls at the bar just staring at us instead of greeting us so we walked in their direction to see if they can guide us on where we can sit. The girls seemed uninterested in helping us and simply seated us to the closest booth to the bar, sat us and dropped some menus for us. Didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks or offered any help, simply walked back to go sit on the literal bar top and continue their conversation. It might not seem like a big deal to some but bare minimum a “hi welcome”, “can I offer you something to drink”, “is this booth okay?”. All of which were not said, which just made us feel uneasy and unwelcomed. We decided to just get up and leave and as we left a loud “thank you” from one of the girls. We would’ve loved to have been able to sit down and try this restaurant especially being from out of town and trying something new. We hope other people’s experiences are better and hopefully management can handle this situation."

"We ordered dinner to go What we got: Shrimp Mangoviche Pastor super nachos (ordered w/ no pico or guac) Tres Queso roll Everything was delicious! We worried that the roll and ceviche might be too small so we got the pastor super nachos in case we were still hungry. We were wrong because everything was a good portion and very filling. The nachos were so good. Most places only add the things on the top but it was nice because the beans, cheese and meat were layered. I've never had a Tres Queso roll before but I like cooked rolls and really liked how crispy this one was and it was a good sized roll. I would definitely some back to try more of their rolls especially this one again. The mangoviche surprised me. Usually it's hit or miss at most restaurants but we really liked the flavors of this one. It was well seasoned, not watery and a good amount of shrimp. I would highly recommend any of these dishes and we're definitely coming back again with our friends"
