"We saw this place packed last summer when we dine at Kru which is next door so we thought it must be good. Finally got to try their pizza and pasta today. We ordered hot italian pizza and beef rigatoni bolognese. The pasta was good, and I did ask fresh parm which they gave generously. Pizza on the other hand was disappointing, one word, salty. Im not sure if it was the cheese, the salami or other meat that made it this salty. We thought maybe we just ordered the wrong pizza. We might give it another try. Ambience is nice, and spacious."

"Order-at-counter Italian deli-type restaurant. Dishes take a while to come out but pasta and pizza are clearly in-house and made with love. Excellent if abbreviated wine selection and they were all out of every one of their draft beers(!). Somewhat noisy and crowded - wouldn't come here for a quiet and romantic meal."

"Just coming back from Jasper Hawkins' cabin up on the North Fork of the Shamitt just below Krenshaw Ridge with the Marlboro Man himself Kooler Ascanbe, where we reset the trail cams for wolverines. We had planned on stopping in Cowtown for steaks at one of Koolers hideaways but the hunger pains were stronger than old lady Picklepuss...we had to stop and eat. A quick call to Gizmo Slumpwheeler for restaurant recommendations, and all was set, it was going to be OBO' Italian Table & Bar Restaurant, Gizmo says it's the best Italian restaurant in Sacramento. As it was our exit was just a mile ahead...perfect timing, but not as perfect as the food...it was spectacular! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆"

"I Door Dash ordered the "Grilled Cheese" & Tomato Soup combo and it was such a waste of money! The soup was itty bitty, luke warm and the flavor was nothing special. The sandwich was either completely over cooked or super old. It was cold and so hard I couldn't bite into it at all. You could knock on it like a door. I had to rip tiny pieces from the middle to even try to get a taste of it. I've heard good things about this place so maybe other items are good but dont waste your money on this one!"

"Been here a couple of times, first time was about 2 yrs ago and itvwas good! Second time this past Sunday, and it was pretty disappointing. Ordered carbonara and short rib parppadelle pasta dishes. Both dishes were just warm, like it had been sitting out, not hot at all. The poached egg on carbanara dish was set and overcooked, no runny yolk whatsoever. The cook on the pasta and overall taste was fine. The short rib meat on pappardelle was all separated, no chunks, but tender and decent flavor, but pappardelle pasta was not cooked consistently, some were in chunks, not individually separated, making it a bit gummy. The foccacia was a bit dry, too airy like a french bread, not that typical dense and chewy texture. Cold broccoli n caulifour side was good, nothing exciting about it tho. The only thing we got that we would reorder is the mousse bar, very well balanced, not overly sweet, good chocolate flavor with chocolate cookie crust and smooth mousse texture."
