Montessori philosophy in Santee, California

Community Montessori is a primary school located at 9580 Carlton Hills Boulevard in Santee, California. Authorized by the San Diego County Office of Education, we serve approximately 750 students in grades TK-8 through our five learning centers in San Diego County. Our Montessori home study program focuses on respecting each child's talents and interests, fostering independence, creativity, respect for others, diversity, and a love of learning. Transitional Kindergarten is available for children turning 5 between Sept 2, 2024, and June 2, 2025. Our goal is to create the conditions for each child to flourish, moving away from an industrial model of education to one based on principles of agriculture.
