"Dr. Laura gave a very informative talk, at the fitness studio I workout at, regarding pelvic floor strengthening. As an RN, I’m continually looking for physical ways to keep my health and wellness at its top tier. I could tell she was an expert in her field and her clinical skills could benefit me as a 57 year old woman. The sessions I have had with Dr. Laura have helped me even more than I expected! Taking the 12 session package was the way to go , since it takes time to learn to use your breath and muscles in new and more efficient ways. "Laura is the best! Her skills and knowledge have helped me so much. At 33, I found dynamic flow PT when I was pregnant with my second child and experiencing debilitating hip pain. She knew just what to do and within a couples week my pain was gone and I was able to stay active the rest of my pregnancy! After baby came, she helped me learn about my body and gave me the tools to lay the foundation to build back my strength. Not only is she an expert in pelvic floor, I've had years of untreated upper back pain that she was able to help with. She identified the weaknesses and provided the proper exercises and knowledge to correct the issues.
