"the most incompetent and lazy people work in this restaurant. Don't even have the decency to apologize for wasting my time. Tell you the restaurant will be open in 5 minutes take 30 minutes instead. When you go to the drive thru to ask are they going to open they say they are closed. Then while you are waiting in the drive thru on foot why they told me they will be open in 5 minutes when they are closed. They don't even open the window and apologize for wasting my time."

"Drive tru Customer service Bad unprofessional un appropriate. I ask for more Salsa and Avocado salsa and they Ignored us. Although We spend mire then $ 100 dollars. Terrible Customer service."

"I just drove thru at this location and ordered a classic chicken tostada. My tostada had literally 5 cubes of chicken. I am so very disappointed. I went inside to complain and the same gal from the drive through told me that is what you get on a classic if i would have gotten double i would have gotten more! I am furious."
