"Normally I do not write reviews, but I want to express my special thanks for Audrey Liang -Member Service Specialist, She is helping my mom get health coverage, She is one of the nicest Lady I've ever met, she is so kind and thoughtful, very knowledgeable, she explained every detail to me willingly, answered all my questions so many times, she's so patient and true interest in helping clients. she works tirelessly on my case, Ms. Liang stands by her commitments to her clients and fulfilled every request I made. She's also bilingual, so my mother can understand her perfectly. All other stuff is very polite and friendly too."
