"I graduated in 1970, 1968 varsity football team # 1 in the nation ! Great track team ,swim team. All sports we excelled in .Steve Jobs was there when I was,wish we were friends back then! But I had a great time at homestead back then.We had very hip teachers those last of the 60s years. And a he'll of a lot going on in this country back then, Viet fu--in Nam and of course the tricky Dick Nixon years. Homestead was a quality high school in a great part of California and I will never forget all I did back then and what a great experience it was going there. Man if those brick walls could talk ! !"

"I currently go here, and enjoy it very much. Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere, and I rarely experience or witness any bullying going on. The teachers are for the most part good (especially the APUSH ones!), and there is a fantastic selection of clubs. One downside is the restrictions on the classes. For example, it does not offer many of the AP historys that other schools in the area do."
"Studied here for 4 years and honestly its a great place. Good teachers, cafeteria is getting better every year and the campus has been recently renovated and it looks amazing. Strong Athletic teams with welcoming coaches. Numerous clubs, everyone can find one they'll like."
"Upgraded the computers in the fishbowl.... Can now run Dark Souls 2 with high settings and 720p. Praise the Sun! Everything else about the school is mediocre at best. Campus has turned into a construction site... dusty and hard to navigate. Staffs are subpar, some of them likeable. School lunches are just about as healthy as eating canned food. Overall, I had an OK experience at this school, but beware.... the deans..... are unforgiving, unreasonable, and tyranical in their approach to "help students".
