"I was taken care of by Dr. Chan for my second pregnancy because of job change/insurance change. I was not impressed by the office at the beginning - the equipment seems old, there are only two staff, and the waiting time is usually terrible (Dr. Chan usually comes to the office after 3:30pm). However, Dr. Chan himself is very experienced, I had a very smooth, safe, and fast delivery. And because he had to deliver my baby at around 4pm (you can't control when you will be fully open and ready to push), that's when I get why Dr. Chan is often late to his office -- because he has to deliver babies! I understand how frustrated it is to wait for a long time at a doctor's office, but just be considerate because Dr. Chan also needs to deliver babies. I highly recommend Dr. Chan as an Ob!"

"Dirty office. Staff is flustered and not helpful at all. Equipment is old and not taken care of. Dr. has horrible bedside manner and couldn't even wash and dry his hands properly before touching me. The doctor also drove up 40 minutes after I made my appointment, and according to the wait list, so did 8 other patients. The office staff forgot to send diagnostic codes to both the lab AND pharmacy, so that of course resulted in a nightmare. Just avoid this place, especially for OB patients. Don't start off your pregnancy with a bad experience like I did"
