"Had an issue with being given incorrect information regarding a return- changing to five stars because the store + owner dealt with my complaint extremely professionally and rectified the situation. When I came back they did follow Hoka’s return policy (Hoka accepts returns for purchases from official retailers within 30 days) and allowed me to refund/exchange. Thank you walk shop~"
"Ezzie is a high level customer service oriented sales person. She showed me everything and helped me try all of the shoes in different sizes honing it down to the pair of shoes pictured. She was infinitely patient and a fount of knowledge pertaining to the store offerings. Several other sage customers were buying shoes that helped to actually propel them! "I called ahead of time to see if they'd have larger size shoes and they did so I went in to try some on. A lovely gentlemen by the name of Mica helped me out when I came in. He helped me try on a few different styles and sizes of dress shoes and they had one I liked which was great. Not a huge store but a great selection and wonderful customer service! Definitely coming back next time I need shoes."
