She dismissed my concerns and disrespected my boundaries. What advice she did give me was vague and unhelpful, but mostly she just wanted to get me out of her office. The front desk staff was lovely, though."
"The phone wait to make an appointment is insane. I'm not sure if the receptionists at the facility are in charge of answering, or if it's a call center, but the last two times I went, a receptionist was just chilling on her cellphone. :| Once you're in a waiting room, the nurses and doctors are nice & professional. The customer service beforehand is a toss up, depending on who you get at the front."
