"They loved my cat, Muffin. She was 13 when they discovered a tumor in her intestine. We had to put her to rest a week after the discovery. Her health was declining for about 2 months prior and the doctors and staff did everything they could to remedy her. The doctors and staff are intuitively sensitive, kind, gentle and understanding. They’ll give your loved one the best care, going above and beyond. They did for my girl."

"Dr. Carrillo is a caring, compassionate vet. She takes the time needed to answer questions about diagnosis, meds, etc. Both my dogs are seniors with serious health issues. I trust Dr. Carrillo and her staff to treat my dogs as well as their own pets. Highly recommend!"

"First part is my old vet second half is this place… (this place good, old place bad) I've frequented this other vet for a while, but their service is lackluster with high prices. The main vet seems monotone, I actually went to get some cuts checked out after noticing my cat wouldn’t let me pet his belly “he loves belly rubs”I went to my old place and was charged $170 for a quick look at my cat, ignoring the actual issue. A week later, I found a golf ball-sized abscess they missed from the lack of care, they charged me 400+ for something absolutely preventable possibly ignoring it so they could make another quick buck. When another cat needed euthanasia, they quoted $250 plus $350 for cremation—calling around revealed much cheaper options. Discovered a better vet, wish I found them sooner. Lots more I can say a lot more about the old vet but now for this place. I love the people here, the atmosphere of the energy that I can come here for minor issues knowing they’ll give a hoot like a vet should and not overcharge. Amazing and I mean amazing staff. Not to mention I know they won’t overcharge because they definitely understand how to run a business that cares. Please go here if you want an awesome vet. Once again i think this place is great the people are great, and the actual ability of empathy. Love y’all Ps. Sorry for the negative input about my old place but this place is a million times better and people need to know what a real vet should be like"

"By far the best vet we have ever been to. Dr. Carillo and all her staff show such care and compassion for their patients. My late dog Mattie loved them so much, I knew my puppy had to come here too. He received the best care and love. He looks forward to seeing the staff so much that he isn’t scared to come to the vet. Very reasonable pricing with clear explanations of costs and reasons for treatment. Appointment availability is very reasonable and wait times in the office are minimal. I would high recommend them to anybody looking for a vet for their pet."
