Walgreens Pharmacy

"This rating is exclusively for the pharmacy. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The service moves at a glacial pace, whether you're at the window or drive-through. You could easily spend 30-45 minutes in the drive through line with only 3-4 cars ahead of you. Don't arrive at the pharmacy within 30-45 minutes of closing because they close at 6 will won't serve you even if you were in line prior to 6pm. It takes at least half a day for the pharmacy to prepare a prescription and half the time they won't notify you when its ready so you're left to having to call in to figure it out, IF you can get a person on the phone. We absolutely dread having to go get medications filled here."

"Unfortunately, there is no negative stars. Otherwise, I would give this useless, unhelpful, and incompetent team minus ten. I went for a flu shot with an appointment. They refused to use the appointment confirmation number. No reason was given. After wasting 20 minutes with three of them struggling to navigate their computer systems, they said that I have to complete a manual form and wait until I am called when they are free. I cancelled and switched to CVS. Considering how incompetent they are, I am glad they did not inject a shot in my arm."

"I've actually had pleasant experiences here. The staff has always been friendly and attentative even when they're obviously busy. I walk in to be helped so I can't say for the drive through. I sometimes have to wait for my rx to be ready but I just wander around the store."

"If I could give no to negative stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy EVER. You try to call they put you on hold multiple times and then hang up on you. If someone does answer, they are rude AF. And forget about the pick up window, you will be there forever... avoid this place at all cost. Shame on you walgreens pharmacy! I'm switching all my Rx, anywhere is better than here."

"I looked up the price for the item on the web and it showed me a price of $1.49 and said they had 8 in stock so I went and used the drive through to pick it up. However, they charged me $3.79 and when I protested they said that was the "base price" whatever that means. This means the price was more than 2 1/2 times the price on the website!!! for the exact same thing, same size, brand and flavor. So clearly they are just in the business of ripping you off and using misleading information on their own website"
