"Mother Theresa has nothing on Dr Long where patience is concerned. I have been helping my mom see this wonderful man for nearly 7 years and can attest to his respectfulness and professionalism. I feel for him; the medical industry probably is not what he anticipated when he entered med school, so he has to follow protocols and maybe use less “art” than doctors did a couple decades ago, but he sure practices medicine gracefully even within the limits of today’s environment. I wish I could tip him or something to be sure he gets all the compensation he should for the extra we experience with him."

"Dr. Long is brilliant, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, patient, honest and add another 100 great adjectives! To good to be true? Of course, some of the staff and so called gate keepers need to be terminated! These various unprofessionals have even started hanging up on phone calls, versus taking a second to to a job, to work and assist. I have Alzheimer's, diagnosed over 3 years ago and I always call to cancel my appointments, because I don't want to go to the doctor. But I must. Years ago I canceled my appoinent and ended up not getting a refill on my medications. I stated hallucinating, became paranoid and violent outbursts. So my son who helps me, advised the office to NOT ALLOW ME TO CANEL MY APPOINTMENT. Guess what? Yep, still was able to cancel an appiment last year and I ended up in the ER. So my son contacted Health Partners Corporate office to let them know, with my Alzheimer's I should not be able to cancel my appoiments and the harm it causes me. GUESS WHAT AGAIN?! Yes I was able to cancel my last appointment and boy was my son angry. I don't understand why this has to be this way? Dr Long is great and the policies and persons policing need to be adjusted and accountability. Cleaning house should also include Martha the leisson and her position. However it appears nothing will be done because the corporate office has never done any fixing. So with that, I recommend Dr Long so much that we will continue to navigate all the BS associated and hope to see some new faces in the office who appreciate a job and whom will work hard on behalf of the patients which sicknesses pays all your salaries!"
