"I went in for strained muscles in my neck. Everyone was cheery and helpful. The Doc had already looked at my history and saw I have whiplash from accident in March. He wrote a prescription for a muscle relaxant which will extremely help. I live in New England and was impressed with the Doc having already looked at my history. "I was 10 minutes early for my daughter’s appointment, before opening time, and staff opened doors for us with a friendly smile & greeting! A 5 minute wait to go in to see dr. I was updated every step of the way. The dr on call was awesome! Compassionate and listened, in detail, to us, she then did exam, gave diagnosis and explained it as well as treatment in a great way we could understand. Definitely recommend BASS Urgent Care!"
