"If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. Every single time that I make an appointment at this location, I am seen at least 30 minutes after my appointment time. So then why am I making an appointment? Then, the nurse had the nerve to tell me that there’s only two nurses today, like that is my problem? Why were there slots available at this time if they did not have enough staff? I never received a message saying that my appointment was going to be pushed back or that my appointment was going to be canceled or rescheduled. Also, I come to bring my daughter who is two years old, and they say that they do not have the proper equipment to draw blood from her so to make an appointment at a different quest location, but they cannot guarantee that they will have the equipment either??? This whole company is super, they just went out places for unprofessional people to work out of. There is no kind of discipline or structure in this company"

"I was scared because of the negative reviews here. I went twice within a week, and Judith and Marlyn drew my blood and were so nice and kind. I’m liable to faint and I needed to take 12 vials of blood. I didn’t feel rushed and the ladies are so jolly and kind."

"I show up with a time sensative medical sample that was difficult to get in the first place. Sign on the door says they’re closed for an emergency for the entire day. No number to call. The quest customer service line is fully automated and the option to get more help directs you to their website. I have no wasted time driving there and back during the work day and need to completely redo my sample due to their utter incompetence. Livid."

"Please do not go to this location! The lady who withdrew my blood was the worst(her name might have been Maria)! She had a horrible attitude from the start but that was the least of my concerns. She hurt me really bad multiple times while trying to withdraw my blood. She poked me twice because she couldn’t find my veins but was super aggressive and she used double tourniquet (rubber band) super tight on me which left me bruising. I have never had a bad experience like this today. She was also throwing things around and slamming her cabinets as if she was in a bad mood. If I could post a picture of the two needle holes and the bruising from the rubber she used I would. Horrible place and horrible lady."

"I made an appointment 40 min prior to the appointment slot available. When I arrived, they called my name 5 min after I entered my info on the kiosk. The waiting area seemed a bit ghetto but then when you go to the back it feels more lively. I had Adriana in room 8 and she was wonderful! She asked clarifying questions, was kind and conversational and the process was smooth and painless. Would 100% go back to see her for lab work again."
