"I recently changed jobs so my insurance also changed as well. It was definitely quite a change considering I had Kaiser established for quite a few years and to go back out to a PPO, was definitely a challenge as it took months out to be seen as a new patient with Stanford Healthcare just to establish myself into the Network which means my whole family would have to go through the rigamarole. In any event, I was placed on the wait list for cancellations as my originally scheduled appt was in January 2023 and I called for an appt back in July. Crazy, I know but as they have availability, they would send you an email and I suppose it's first come first serve as there have been times in which I responded and the new date was no longer available. I did, however, get seen in October with Dr Khullar as I made my way from Oakland to Pinole. It wasn't terrible but was hoping for something closer to Oakland. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised as how quickly I was seen and just how friendly and pleasant everyone was from the front desk, Medical Assistant, the Doctor and even the lady at the Check Out counter. Overall, I had a great experience as a new patient and actually considering keeping her."
"My daughter went in 2wks ago, waited over a hour to be seen, they didn't even touch her and proscribed medication that ended up making her worse. Ended up in the ER. Scheduled a follow up, arrived 10min late due to construction in front of the doctors office, waited another 10mins for an elderly woman who was fighting to have her elderly husband to be seen but were turned away until 3pm. It was 1130am. We ended up being checked in at 11:38 our app. Was for 1120. At 1215 we were told we were rescheduled for Wednesday. Today is Friday. We wait in waiting rooms for 40mins, to be called in to another waiting room to wait 30mins. But if you're 10mins late. You can't be seen. F@!king ridiculous."
"I had a virtual appointment with Stanford Alliance. The staff wasn't helpful with the Webcam assistance. Dr Guevara prescribed me my medication least than what my previous doctor gave me for my supply. Called them, but nothing happened. Its been past a month now and never got my list of blood test in the mail as he advised me to get some blood works. Very unhappy with their service."
"I used to be very please with this clinic, once in a while I would get disappointed because of their rudeness, but last week was the icing on the cake. I had an appointment with my Dr. after I messaged her my symptoms and she did not ask me to go get a covid test or to go to the ER. because my symptoms were not covid related. Once I was at the clinic, I got through the temperature check point, covid questionnaire and so on. But as soon as her assistant saw me, it was like I had leprosy. nodding her head no, no, no you shouldn't be here.... I mentioned to her that it could be sinus infection, ear infection, menopause, MSG sensitivity....bla bla bla.. she comes back and said that my dr would talk to me from my car through my phone....and escorted me out of the clinic. This is after I also mentioned that I have been working this whole quarantine time. I was so hurt and humiliated that by the time I got to my car I was crying. i sent my dr a message of how I felt and still she has not replied to me. She just calls me to talk to me, but I'm so hurt that I want nothing to do with them anymore. Time for a new dr."
"I was originally very pleased with them till this morning when I was rescheduling an appt. Ms. Diane was very rude to me as when she was verifying my appt. Its already tough dealing with why I am originally going back for a follow up from lab work that was previously done. So here is the tea. I went here for a new patient and blood work and an std screening for my initial visit(2 weeks ago). I was given meds and scheduled a follow up appt. This morning I am verifying and she is telling me I was never in for a physical. "I would know" I was there. So I said yes I was sent out for blood work etc. She proceeds to tell me no I wasn't. Once again. I was there So I know. She continues to argue telling me I was never given a physical etc. I ended the call and will be giving the doctor a call back to speak with her directly. Its already overwhelming I am going back considering the following. I have received the shock of my life 2 weeks ago. So to Ms. Diane It was very unprofessional and I don't appreciate it at all. Don't tell me what I have had done. Trust me I know I was there. You can't argue with a patient over something that the patient had already experienced. Being in the medical field and in this type of clinic you should be a lot more understanding and don't come off so aggressive through the phone arguing over what you think you know."
