"Zero stars worst hospital ever. My pup was seen by Dr Haridy and didn’t give me a diagnosis. They just took vitals and blood work charged me $1,200. No medicine no diagnose went home to find out later that my dog had parvo. They just took my money. I was better off googling the symptoms and getting a better response. Do not take your pets to this hospital."

"These people are not only incompetent and unethical, they are borderline criminal. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been through this with emergency vets. They have you in a vulnerable position and they tell you you need unnecessary procedures that are going to be exorbitantly, expensive and that if you don’t do what they say, your pet will die. in this case, my dog had ingested some marijuana and needed to vomit to get it out of her system. The doctors recommendation to give an injection to induce vomiting and give IV fluids afterwards for a mere $1200. I went to CVS and got a bottle of hydrogen peroxide. I I made my dog swallow a couple of teaspoons full in five minutes She vomited. in one hour, she was better. In addition to being unhelpful and opportunistic, they also did not give me my drivers license back. They then called me and said I left my drivers license. I didn’t leave my drivers license. I was stressed with my animal, and they did not give it back to me. Now they said they have sent it to God knows where. I wish I could recommend an honest emergency vet that was not about taking advantage of the situation, but I have never found one. maybe one of you have a recommendation."

"They are scam artist I've been I the field of pet care for 13 years and I know the basic cost of a simple dog cut. Something that cost $200 maybe $300 they wanted to charge $3000 for. They will charge you everything in the book and over exaggerated it by worst possible case. Your dog little tiny scrap is life threating we need surgery, x-rays and specialist to do this. Beware"
