"I recently moved to CA from CT and was beyond thrilled to find my long time friend and stylist Shannon! Many years ago (20+) I met Shannon at Adam Broderick salon in Ridgefield CT. She came to my rescue after I received an awful cut at another local salon. Not only did I love my color and cut but so did my friends and family who also became clients of hers as well. Now, I live in Solana Beach and drive 90+ miles to Randt Salon in Manhattan Beach to see Shannon. I am always so happy with my services, my hair looks shiny and pretty and totally on trend. Shannon is an expert in her field and I trust her implicitly. 5 stars. I highly recommend."
"Such high hopes! But after receiving a subpar cut from Shannon, I called to see if she could please fix it. She dodged it for two weeks, (despite availabilities on her booking system), and then just stopped responding altogether. I finally gave up asking and paid someone else to fix her mistakes. Shannon made clear that she has zero interest in meeting her client’s needs. Super disappointing."
