"Disappointing. Waste of a drive over there. I am a "small guy" and have spent a couple thousand there the last 2-3 years for riggings my small business. At 9 a.m. the shop was as quiet as a church. I needed four 3-foot chain length's and was going to buy hooks and rings to assemble and weld the ring myself. Nope...too "busy" with big orders I was told. So rather than patronizing the "small" local independent non-publically-traded business, I was forced to go to the big boy (Home Depot) to get what I needed (for less). But I tried... ACME Rigging just wasn't interested (at least their face at the sales counter wasn't interested). I guess that in the future and when I need something more substantial, they want me to go elsewhere or order online."
