"I'm so glad that I found Spa by the Bay, and in particular Kristina. I've gotten a lot of massages to help with chronic pain, and I've never had such a whole-body realignment as I get with Kristina! You can truly feel that she is paying incredibly close attention and constantly fine-tuning depending on how your muscles are responding to certain pressure and movements. I first came in after a car accident with the intention of "getting all of my muscles back where they should be" and I absolutely walked out of there feeling like that had been accomplished. Her approach is incredibly integrative, and puts me in a very meditative state, so I end up leaving feeling not only like my mechanical kinks have been worked out, but like my mental state has also been shifted to a much more attuned and serene space. I sincerely cannot recommend her highly enough!"

"My wife and I came here during a trip up the coast and we were both impressed! My wife had a 60 minute prenatal massage with Christine and I had a 90 minute Swedish massage with Tina. My wife spoke highly of Christine and would strongly recommend her. Tina was absolutely fantastic and probably gave one of the best massages I’ve had! She was very thorough and provided the perfect blend of relaxing and working my muscles well. She was very open to adjust and focus on areas as needed and provided a great experience overall. If you’re in the area, we would recommend you check out Spa By the Bay."

"We had the best couples massage we’ve ever gotten. Madiline and Nicha were our massage therapists and they did an amazing job. The aromatherapy, hot stones, and hot towels were the cherries on top of our relaxing and much needed massages. They were both excellent with communicating throughout the service for pressure, and were very professional. I wish I had snapped a photo of our treatment room prior to the start of our appointment, but it was quite lovely in a very relaxing atmosphere with the soft lighting, and music. We visit Morro Bay a few times a year and this will definitely be a stop we work into our future visits. Scheduling was easy as well; Mickie was a joy to speak with!"
